Archiving of documents 
All the documents coming from and going to the client during the translation job are kept on file and archived for a minimum of three years. |

Receiving documents from clients

- Verification
All the documents received are checked to see whether they correspond with the information used to prepare the price quote.
- Acknowledgement
When all the documents needed to do the translation job have been received, an acknowledgement is sent to the client by e-mail ; this indicates the start of the time period specified for completing the translation work. |

Confidentiality

Adelink will maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the information and the industrial secrets belonging to its clients, whether or not they have been prepared or developed by Adelink. It will not use, disclose or publish or allow any third party to use, disclose or publish this confidential information without prior written permission from its clients.
