A translator must know how to adapt the message to the culture of the target language, clearly, concisely, and in an acceptable style. This is only possible if he or she translates into his or her mother tongue and cultural background.
Procedure Unless otherwise requested by the client, the documents are delivered by e-mail.
Client acknowledgement We ask our clients to send us an acknowledgement that the translation has been received by the agreed date by e-mail.
Return of documentation
The documentation is returned to the client if he has specifically asked for it.
